I help clients start or stay on track with their fitness and exercise. I help clients develop programs that are built for success. My philosophy stresses that in order to commit to physical fitness programs we must find pleasure and purpose in the pursuit. Using motivational interviewing approach I help clients enjoy the process and improve their intrinsic motivation for exercise.
