Isaac Zur holds a Ph.D. in Sport - Health & Exercise Science and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). With years of experience, he fosters resilience, focus, and peak performance in athletes and individuals.

Isaac serves as the Mind Health Professional for the G League’s Long Island Nets, where he develops and implements strategies to enhance mental and emotional performance. He also teaches Exercise Psychology at CUNY, sharing his expertise with the next generation of professionals. He also maintains a private practice, working with clients from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals.

With a client roster spanning Olympians, professional competitors, and individuals striving for excellence, Isaac combines evidence-based techniques with a personalized approach. Whether managing stress, building confidence, or thriving under pressure, his mission is to help clients unlock their potential and achieve lasting success.
